Raw material selection
Harvested during specific times of the year, each rattan fiber is individually selected for its flexibility and consistent color. Every bale that arrives at our workshop is inspected by our artisans; only the best are approved for production.
Shaping
Rattan fibers are softened with steam and wrapped around molds. This stage can take hours; patient weaving determines the lifespan of the piece. Our priority is not fast production, but proper production.
Details
The neatness of the connection points, the smoothness of the surface, symmetry — these are subtle details you might not notice at first glance, but will feel when you touch them. Each connection is inspected individually.
Finishing touches
Polishing with natural oil, drying, and quality control. The product is now ready to reach you. Every piece that leaves our workshop carries the signature of its artisan.
